Hawaiʻi Health & Harm Reduction Center (H3RC) is proud to now offer services on Kauaʻi, ensuring continued access to care, support, and connection for our community.
For more than 40 years, Mālama Pono has been a trusted provider on Kauaʻi. We honor their legacy and are committed to building on that foundation by ensuring no one experiences a gap in care.
Beginning February 1, 2026, H3RC is expanding services on Kauaʻi through a permanent satellite office based in Līhuʻe.
