WELCOME
The 2025 Hawaiʻi State Harm Reduction Conference is themed “Rainbow Resilience.” The event will explore how we can reduce harms and amplify resilience for our local Māhū, QTPI, LGBQIA+, and Transgender communities. Sessions will unpack the complexities faced by individuals and communities as they push for social change, especially at the intersection of health, wellness, advocacy, empowerment, and resilience.
Harm Reduction is a philosophy and a set of strategies for working with people engaged in potentially harmful behaviors. The goal is to reduce the potential dangers and health risks associated with such behaviors, even for people who are not ready or able to completely stop. Harm reduction uses non-judgmental, holistic and individualized approaches to support small changes and increase the health and well-being of individuals and communities.
Registration for the conference closes on January 03, 2025.
Scholarship Deadline was on December 16, 2025
