The HawaiÊ»i Health & Harm Reduction Center (HHHRC), on behalf of Paul’s wife, Kathi Hasegawa, invites you to join us in celebrating the life and legacy of Paul Groesbeck. For over 25 years, Paul dedicated himself as the Executive Director of Life Foundation, fiercely championing the rights and well-being of those affected by HIV in HawaiÊ»i. His leadership, compassion, and unwavering advocacy transformed countless lives and left an enduring impact on our community.

One Last Aloha – Scattering of Ashes
Location: Duke’s Statue Beach, WaikÄ«kÄ«
Time: 8:00 AM
Join us in saying one last Aloha with a scattering of Paul's ashes at Waikīkī Beach. The public is welcome to bring their own surfboard or floatation device to paddle out alongside the canoe that will carry Paul on his final journey.

Doors Open: 9:30 AM | Celebration Begins: 10:00 AM
After the scattering, we invite you to Hula’s Bar & Lei Stand to continue the celebration of Paul’s life. Share memories, connect with friends, and enjoy fellowship and food in his honor.
We hope you’ll join us in celebrating his remarkable life.
While no RSVP is required, we appreciate having a headcount to better prepare and ensure a welcoming space for our community.
