HHHRC Annual Beach Day: A Day of Fun, Bonding, & Appreciation

On July 16th, the Hawaiʻi Health & Harm Reduction Center (HHHRC) hosted its much-anticipated annual Beach Day, an event eagerly awaited by staff each year. Organized by our dedicated Wellness Committee, the day was a splendid opportunity for team bonding and camaraderie under the beautiful Hawaiian sun.

This year’s Beach Day was generously funded by the Na Lei Foundation, whose support made the entire event possible. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the foundation for their unwavering commitment to our cause and their ongoing support of our team’s wellness and morale.

The day was filled with a variety of activities that ensured there was something fun for everyone. Team members engaged in exciting games and a fashion show, fostering a spirit of healthy competition and teamwork. The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the series of fun challenges that brought out everyone's playful side, with prizes awarded for various contests.

Delicious food and refreshing drinks kept everyone energized throughout the day, allowing staff to relax and enjoy the beachside atmosphere. The sound of laughter and the sight of colleagues connecting in a laid-back setting underscored the importance of this annual tradition.

Closing the office for the day was a testament to HHHRC’s deep appreciation for our staff's hard work and dedication. This event serves as a thank you and a reminder of the importance of taking time to relax and recharge.

Thank you again to the Na Lei Foundation for their generous support and to all our outstanding team members for making the day a resounding success. Here’s to another year of working together, and looking forward to next year’s Beach Day!
